It's happening again. I'm going to bed at midnight.
For night owls, this may not seem unusual. But I've always been a morning person. Come 9.15 or 9.30 at night, I'm asleep.
But now the light has come again. The spring equinox is long over, and here at 52 degrees north with french summer time it's only getting dark after 10 pm or so. This catches me unawares. I find I haven't even cooked dinner yet, and bedtime is way overdue.
I suppose I will just have to get used to summer regime of less sleep. That's why naps were invented.
