So it seems Apple take the iPod market quite seriously.

Saturday Paul put in a service request at their website and was told he would receive instructions on how to return it. Nothing seemed to happen.

Except yesterday, a courier arrived with a parcel. In it were all the instructions, packaging and telephone numbers required to return it. Pre-paid courier service.

So that will be going back this afternoon.

So far I'm impressed.
